Early Century Orange Crush Shipping Crate

c 1910s/1920s; Orange-Crush Co. (Chicago) and Kuhl's Bottling Works/Quality Beverage Co. - Stevens Point, WI

Antique wooden shipping crate used to transport Orange-Crush.

This piece originates from Quality Beverage Co./Kuhl Bottling Works in Stevens Point, WI. In addition to bottling Crush, Kuhl's also had contracts with Schlitz, Quality Soda, and Point (a beer also brewed in Stevens Point).
The crate has been fitted with steel straps in the corners to keep the crate held together and appears to be made of pine with stamped branding.

Exhibits minor signs of wear consistent with age and use.
